Stewardship [stoo-erd-ship, styoo-]: the responsible overseeing and protection of something considered worth caring for and preserving.
Vancouver Watersheds Alliance is dedicated to protecting and improving our green spaces. Tree plantings, invasive plant removals and litter clean-ups are a few ways we give back to the environment.
There are multiple ways you too can be a Steward of the land! Join us for one of our annual Stewardship events!
We arrange private stewardship events for community groups of any size who want to volunteer their time through a tree planting or invasive plant removal along our local creeks or parks. Organizations or companies who have employee service days are invited to give back with Vancouver Watersheds Alliance!
